Cash cuts 'comprehensive service failure' warning by councils

Councils across Wales are warning they will not have enough money to provide vital services in the future after £192m was cut from their funding in the Welsh government's draft budget.

Leaders have said they will have to make staff redundant and charge people more to use services.
