Neath project helps young people give back to community

Young people at Hillside Secure Children's Home in Neath, south Wales, are being taught about giving something back to the community.

BBC Wales Today reporter Nicola Smith was given access as part of a series of special reports looking at the youth justice system in Wales.

It comes as Keith Towler, the Children's Commissioner for Wales, said the youth justice system should be a devolved matter in Wales.

The Youth Justice Board (YJB) currently has responsibility in both Wales and England.
