Is devolution working for education in Wales?

Fifteen years on from the start of devolution and schools, colleges and universities in Wales are now run very differently to the rest of the UK.

There have been concerns about falling standards in Wales and questions have been raised over whether officials coped with such a fast pace of change.

BBC Wales' education correspondent Arwyn Jones looks at how education has delivered for the children of devolution.
