Betsi Cadwaladr health board chair's promise to patients

The organisation which runs the NHS in north Wales needs to win back the confidence of patients, according to its new chairman.

Peter Higson. a former chief executive of Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, said he was determined to turn things round at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and listen to the people of north Wales more.

He took over at the health board six months ago after a highly critical report.

Mr Higson spoke to BBC Wales reporter Chris Dearden.
