Fire service strikes over pension dispute with UK government

Firefighters in Wales and England will begin a series of strikes on Friday in their long-running dispute with the UK government about pensions.

Members of the Fire Brigades' Union will walk out for five hours from midday, with more action planned for Saturday and Sunday.

Cerith Griffiths, regional secretary of Fire Brigades' Union, explained the reasons for the strike on BBC Radio Wales.
