How has European funding been spent in Wales?

Some £2bn of European funding is given to Wales' poorest areas to help create jobs and boost the economy.

The country is about to receive this help for the third time.

BBC Wales economics correspondent Sarah Dickins has been looking at how the money has been spent, and starts her report in Cardiff Bay.
