Welsh Conservatives pledge stamp duty cut

Scrapping stamp duty for all properties worth up to £250,000 would help many first time buyers "seal the deal" of home ownership, says Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies.

Welsh Conservatives say they will bring in the policy if they win power in the 2016 assembly election.

Mr Davies spoke to Oliver Hides on BBC Radio Wales.
