Storms bring flooding across Wales

Gales and heavy rain have brought a series of flooding incidents across south and west Wales overnight.

Ten homes were flooded in Abergavenny in Monmouthshire and fire crews dealt with calls in places stretching from Pembrokeshire to the Rhondda valley.

There are nine flood warnings and 33 flood alerts still in place while some trains and ferries are disrupted.

People are advised to stay away from fast flowing rivers and coastlines.
