Welsh Conservatives: 'Appetite and the solutions for Wales'

The Conservatives have the "appetite and the solutions" to deal with the problems that face the people of Wales, according to the party's assembly leader.

Andrew RT Davies said his party was putting forward a "progressive agenda" for Wales.

BBC Wales political correspondent David Cornock spoke to Mr Davies at the Conservative conference in Manchester.

He was asked about the UK government's delay in responding to the Silk Commission report on more tax-varying powers for Wales.
