Tonic: Surfing lessons to help mental health

A project in Ceredigion is making waves by teaching people with mental health problems how to surf as part of their treatment.

The idea behind Tonic is that the sea and the shore can play an important role in improving health and well-being.

It is one of the projects being celebrated in Wales' first eco-therapy conference later this week.

And on Country Focus this week, Rachael Garside takes to the water at Poppit sands, near St Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire, to find out more about surf-therapy in the Blue Gym.
