Homes and store plan in Haverfordwest before council

Plans to build over 700 new homes, along with a Sainsbury's superstore and petrol station, in Pembrokeshire look set to be given the go-ahead.

The development in Haverfordwest has been recommended for approval at a council meeting later.

It comes amid concern that a third supermarket could undermine the "vitality and viability of the town centre".

BBC Wales' Pembrokeshire reporter Sarah Moore says the development would add thousands of people to the town.
