Ex-Archbishop of Canterbury on University of South Wales chancellor role

Former Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams is to become chancellor of Wales' largest university.

He will succeed Lord Morris of Aberavon, who retires later this year, at the University of South Wales (USW).

Dr Williams took up the post of master of Magdalene College, Cambridge when he left Lambeth Palace earlier this year.

BBC Wales' Elliw Gwawr asked him about the challenges facing the university.
