Michael Moore and David Parker start Tweed trek trip
Two well-known political figures in the Borders have started a 97-mile sponsored walk aimed at raising funds for charity.
Michael Moore MP and Scottish Borders Council leader David Parker will, over the next six days, walk from the source of the Tweed at Tweedsmuir to where the river meets the sea at Berwick in England.
Along the way the pair - who have opposite views on the independence issue - will have a series of "blethers" about the referendum.
BBC Scotland's Cameron Buttle caught up with them as they set off.
