Manchester attack: Nicola Sturgeon statement

Nicola Sturgeon is giving a statement on the attack in Manchester which killed 22 people and injured 59 others.

The first minister is speaking after holding a meeting of the Scottish government's resilience committee.

Several Scots were in the Manchester Arena at the time of the suicide attack, including two girls from Barra who were still missing on Tuesday morning,

Election campaigning across Scotland has been suspended and flags at Holyrood are flying at half-mast.
