Humza Yousaf: 'Commuters will benefit from rail improvement plan'

The Scottish government has published a rail improvement plan designed to encourage ScotRail Alliance to provide a better service.

Transport Minister Humza Yousaf told the BBC that commuters will see changes.

Last week, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon promised the plan would be released in full, after it had been drawn up in September but kept confidential until now.
