Onshore wind development could 'grind to a halt'

One of Scotland's biggest energy firms has said onshore wind development will grind to a halt within months unless the UK government commits to the technology.

The Conservatives had pledged to end subsidies by next April.

Scottish Power has called for a new framework to be put in place when those subsidies are withdrawn.
