David Mundell: 'Indyref2 threatens Scottish economy'

Scottish Secretary David Mundell has described the possibility of a second independence referendum as the single biggest threat to Scotland's economy.

Addressing the Conservative party conference, in Birmingham, Mr Mundell also emphasised that Brexit negotiations would be carried out by the UK government.
