Brexit uncertainty prompts Scottish Borders letter to Theresa May

Many foretold dire times for the UK economy following the vote to leave the European Union in June.

Among them, the OECD has backtracked on its prediction that Brexit could threaten the global economy.

Not everyone is so sure.

The leader of Scottish Borders Council has written to Prime Minister Theresa May over concerns at possible cuts to funding for education, farming and local businesses in the area.
