An MP says Westminster should 'lead from the front' in providing good childcare facilities

Kirsty Blackman has been calling for Westminster to be more family friendly.

The SNP MP for Aberdeen North was reprimanded by parliamentary clerks after a childcare emergency meant her children attended a House of Commons committee meeting with her.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, she said Parliament should "lead from the front" in providing more flexible childcare facilities for employees.
