Could more have been done to save Liam Fee?

Liam Fee's nursery, child minder and another woman had raised concerns with the authorities about the two-year-old who was killed by his mother and her partner.

Two multi-agency meetings were held about the toddler who then remained in the care of Rachel and Nyomi Fee.

The pair were found guilty of killing the toddler in March 2014 at a house in Thornton, near Glenrothes.

BBC Scotland social affairs correspondent Reevel Alderson reports on whether the authorities could have done more to save Liam.
