Aberdeen school sees parkour transform students' health

A school in Aberdeen says the introduction of parkour has improved pupils' confidence and fitness.

The free running club at Northfield Academy was so successful that the extreme sport is now part of the curriculum.

Students climb, run and jump around obstacles in the gym hall and playground.

BBC Scotland's Fiona Stalker has been to see the budding extreme sports enthusiasts in action.
