Is Scottish film studio 'essential' or 'a red herring'?

Creative Scotland's director of film Natalie Usher tells BBC Radio Scotland she believes a national film studio will happen, despite criticism from key figures in the industry about lengthy delays.

She was speaking on Sunday's Good Morning Scotland programme.

Presenter Bill Whiteford also heard views from Tommy Gormley, who's worked on movies like the new editions of Star Trek and Star Wars, and Michael Caton Jones, director of Rob Roy.

First, BBC Scotland arts correspondent Pauline McLean explained the current situation with regards to the film industry in Scotland.
