Forth Road Bridge set to reopen to all traffic
Engineers carrying out repair work on the Forth Road Bridge have said it will fully reopen to all traffic at 23:00 on Saturday.
The discovery of a crack in the steel structure led to the crossing being closed in early December.
Cars and light vehicles were allowed to use it again before the end of the year but restrictions on HGVs have remained in place.
The bridge had been expected to reopen in March but will be operational once all repair works have been completed.
BBC Scotland's Steven Godden reports from the bridge.
