First space-bound UK rocket 'almost missed'

A rocket from the Hebrides missile range has become the first to be launched into space from UK soil.

The achievement almost went unnoticed as it was part of an international military exercise in the Atlantic.

BBC Scotland science correspondent Kenneth Macdonald explains how the significant moment was almost missed.
