Families' disappointment over Glasgow black-out driver inquiry

The families of two students who were killed when a car mounted a pavement in Glasgow have called for the driver to be prosecuted.

Mhairi Convy and Laura Stewart died after being hit by William Payne's Range Rover in December 2010.

A fatal accident inquiry has found the deaths could have been prevented had Payne disclosed his condition and been advised not to drive.

The families of both women say the inquiry's report is "not worth the wait" and have called for criminal proceedings to begin.

BBC Scotland's Catriona Renton has this exclusive report.
