Scots going 'all out' in rugby league

The Scottish rugby league squad could be crowned European champions when they meet France.

The match is being played in the Borders to encourage more people to take an interest in the sport and recognise the success of the Scotland squad which is holdings its own on an international level.

Team captain Danny Brough said he hopes the game catches on: "We'll be looking to play some enterprising rugby, excite the fans and hopefully they'll get behind us and really enjoy it."

"We'll be going all out to win this European nations cup."

BBC Scotland's Cameron Buttle has been watching the team training.
