Navy ship begins service as African hospital

A former Royal Navy vessel, rebuilt on the River Clyde as a hospital ship, has arrived in Lake Victoria in East Africa.

Jubilee Hope will provide a service as a floating medical centre to the tens of thousands of people living on islands there.

The ship's patron, Princess Anne, officially launched it from Tanzania.

The BBC's Anne Soy reports.
