SNP say PM's devo debate absence 'a massive dereliction of duty'
MPs have begun debating further devolution to Scotland and its impact on the rest of the UK following last month's "No" vote in the referendum.
SNP MP Pete Wishart said Prime Minister David Cameron should have been in the House of Commons for the debate on further devolved powers for Scotland.
Mr Wishart said: "He was the key signatory to that Vow... we have not got him here today. It is a massive dereliction of duty."
Leader of the House William Hague had earlier opened the debate telling MPs "The Vow" on further devolved powers for Scotland would be "delivered whatever our deliberations about England".
The UK government published its plans for transferring more powers to the Scottish Parliament on Monday.
