Stonehaven evacuation after heavy flooding

A number of residents have been evacuated from their seafront homes in the Aberdeenshire town of Stonehaven due to flooding fears.

Heavy rain along with rough sea conditions flooded parts of the beach area.

The Met Office issued yellow weather warnings for the area and warned that there could be further downpours over the next few days.
