Does Belfast want more devolved powers after 'the vow'?

The leaders of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales are due to meet in the coming weeks to discuss constitutional change following pledges on further devolution of powers from Westminster.

A joint statement from Northern Ireland 's First Minister Peter Robinson and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness said: "There was a need for a new conversation with all the devolved institutions around the table".

BBC Scotland's Emma Ailes has been to Belfast to find out how people there feel about the prospect of more powers.
