Power cables strung across beauty spot for Beauly to Denny power line

Electricity transmission cables have been strung across a series of new pylons built as part of the controversial Beauly to Denny power line.

The construction marks a milestone in one of the country's largest construction projects.

Three years in, the project is more than halfway to completion but opponents still claim the landscape is being ruined.
