Dialysis boy hit by CalMac ferry disruption

Scotland's lifeline ferry services have taken a battering over the winter months.

CalMac have cancelled 1,000 more sailings this winter than last.

The ferry company has described it as a period of "unprecedented disruption".

BBC Scotland's Kim Karam met a young kidney dialysis patient and his grandmother who had no choice but to travel in the worst of weather conditions.
