Scotland's future: Give Edinburgh more power says Brown

Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has called on the UK government to give Scottish parliament more powers as part of a power sharing plan between London and Edinburgh.

The BBC's Lorna Gordon reports on a possible move away from the current system in favour of a constitutional partnership of nations.
