Edinburgh's Commonwealth pool re-opens after £37m refit

Edinburgh's Commonwealth pool is re-opening following a £37m refurbishment.

The pool is to be used as a venue for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

It also has a distinguished past. Scottish swimmer David Wilkie claimed a Commonwealth bronze at the pool in 1970 before going on to win Olympic gold medal.
