DNA breakthrough for Glasgow University scientists

Scottish scientists are leading the way in developing new kinds of DNA analysis which could revolutionise healthcare.

Genetic tests are already used but analysing DNA remains a long and expensive process.

Now, a machine developed in the West of Scotland is changing that and has already helped scientists at the centre of Germany's E. coli outbreak.
