EU Referendum: 'Risk of going back to square one' - PM
David Cameron has said the government would have to put up taxes or cut spending, or risk "going back to square one" if British people vote to leave the EU.
Speaking on a special edition of Question Time, the prime minister said there would be "no saving from leaving the EU, there'll be a cost".
