Duncan Smith: Treasury Brexit report 'unfair and biased'

The latest Treasury report on the impact of the UK leaving the EU is "unfair and biased", Iain Duncan Smith has said.

Speaking to Today programme presenter Nick Robinson, the former work and pensions secretary said it had not analysed the possible upside of leaving the EU, as would be standard practice in a such a report.

Business Secretary Savid Javid earlier told the programme that "it was up to the Leave campaign" to make the positive economic case for Brexit.
