Osborne: Leaving EU will lead to 'financial instability'

Speaking in Washington at a meeting of the International Monetary Fund, George Osborne said the view from international finance ministers there was that a vote to leave would be a major shock to the world economy, leading to instability.

Vote Leave accused the Chancellor of intimidating the British public into voting his way.
