Sturgeon: Leave vote could trigger independence referendum

A second independence referendum would "almost certainly" be triggered if Scotland votes to stay within the EU but the UK votes to leave, the first minister has said.

Nicola Sturgeon told the BBC's Andrew Marr programme that she hoped the UK would vote to stay but many in Scotland would be unhappy at the prospect of being taken out of the EU "against their will"
