Cameron: 'There are many things that remain to be reformed'

Prime Minister David Cameron has told the House of Commons that under his EU renegotiation, Britain will never be part of an ever-closer European Union.

He said there were many things that remain to be reformed, adding that he was not arguing that Britain could not survive outside the EU.
