NHS: Surgeon Lord Darzi's review of the health service

More reform - not just extra money - is needed to ensure the NHS stays relevant, says one of the country's top surgeons, who also served as a health minister under the last Labour government.

Lord Darzi, who has begun a review into what needs to be done for the think tank IPPR, makes his case in a film for the Daily Politics soapbox series.
