Brexit: Boris Johnson defends 'go whistle' remark

Boris Johnson has defended his July remark that the EU could "go whistle" over final payment from the UK when it leaves the EU - saying that at the time the figures being quoted were "extortionate".

He said the financial offer Britain was now making was "very good" but "nowhere near" the sums he had been commenting on.
