SNP conference: Delegates asked about tax raising powers

The Scottish Parliament has had control over income tax rates and bands since last year, and some supporters want the SNP to use those powers to fund public services.

Daily Politics reporter Emma Vardy used the mood box, an unscientific survey, to see what delegates at the party conference in Glasgow thought of the choice, ahead of their leader’s speech.
