Ken Livingstone: Labour like 'dictatorship not democracy'

Ken Livingstone says the Labour Party needs to get back to being democratic. He says the party has turned into a "dictatorship" and is not a democracy.

The politician who is currently suspended from the Labour Party made the comments on the Today programme as a row brews over whether there is a secret left-wing plan involving the Momentum movement and the Unite union to take over the Labour Party.
