Dog poo bags left in trees are 'disgusting' says MP

Conservative MP Anne Main says a "pragmatic poo strategy" is needed to get to grips with the problem of dog fouling and how people are bagging up and leaving excrement "dangling" on trees and fences.

Speaking during a parliamentary debate, she says the problem is not limited to a "few irresponsible" dog owners but has become "rampant" in the countryside.
