Brexit: Mandelson urges Lords to show 'a bit of courage'

Labour peer Lord Mandelson urges the Lords to amend the bill on leaving the EU to guarantee the rights of EU citizens living in the UK and to give Parliament a decisive say on the final Brexit deal.

He tells the BBC's Andrew Marr that the Commons - which has already approved the legislation - is ultimately supreme but the unelected upper chamber should "not throw in the towel early".
