James Jay Carafano: 'Due diligence' for immigration

President Trump is expected to sign several executive orders relating to immigration in the next few days. Reports say he will start with moves to tighten border security for many countries that are predominantly Muslim.

James Jay Carafano, who led the Trump transition team at the department of Homeland Security, told Radio 4's Today he thinks screening refugees and visa applications properly to avoid further attacks is not an "effort to persecute any religion or any particular people".
