PMQs: Theresa May to Jeremy Corbyn on social care funding

Theresa May said action over social care have been "ducked by governments for too long" and went to list Labour reports but claimed it took no action.

She told MPs: "Let's look at 13 years of Labour in government... 13 years and no action whatsoever."
