UKIP leader Diane James targets Tory and Labour supporters

UKIP leader Diane James has said she intends to appoint two "chiefs of staff" to help the party win over Conservative supporters in the south and Labour supporters in the north.

BBC Newcastle asked Ms James how "an ex-Conservative from the Home Counties" could appeal to voters in the north of England.
