Theresa May addresses cabinet at start of Brexit meeting

Prime Minister Theresa May tells the cabinet that they have the opportunity "to forge a new positive role for the UK in the world" as she starts a special cabinet meeting at her official Chequers country residence.

The meeting of the cabinet is the first since the summer recess and is focusing on the way forward for the UK on leaving the European Union.
